Zuzu was found sitting quietly outside an apartment complex, watching the door as if waiting for someone to return. Neighbors said she had been there for days, never wandering far, always hopeful. When no one came, animal control brought her to us — tired, thin, but still full of grace.
From the moment she arrived, Zuzu showed her gentle spirit. She’s calm, observant, and deeply affectionate once she trusts you. Her expressive eyes seem to ask for reassurance, and she responds beautifully to kindness. She’s learning that love doesn’t have to leave — that this time, it’s forever.
Zuzu’s story is one of quiet resilience and rediscovered comfort. She’s ready for a home that values patience, warmth, and the steady companionship she offers so naturally.
